► All our self storage sites are actively monitoring covid-19 (Coronavirus) developments from federal, state and local health officials and
we will issue additional updates as necessary.
► Currently, ACCESS TO OUR STORAGE FACILITIES IS OPEN TO ALL EXISTING CUSTOMERS DURING REGULAR BUSINESS
HOURS. We are open and operating, where possible, with additional precautionary measures while implementing
Rental Offices and commonly touched surfaces
► Our offices are being stocked with extra cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting supplies. Additional hand washing and mask wearing
procedures are in place and will continue going forward.
► Additionally, we are sanitizing all commonly touched surfaces in and around the facility frequently during the day, with special
attention being paid to all keypads, door and cart handles, counter tops, and credit card readers.
► We are also exploring the additional procedure of using UV-C technology, similar to that used in hospitals worldwide, to destroy any
potential pathogens on commonly touched surfaces around our sites.
► Also, we will be allowing a minimum of 48 to 72 hours between vacates and new rentals. This will allow us to sanitize and allow
sufficient time to elapse that would cause potential viruses to expire.
► WE ARE DEDICATED TO KEEPING OUR FACILITIES CLEAN AND VIRUS FREE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.
Operations during Social Distancing
On July 15, 2020 our Rental offices will be locked as per county health officials' and the governors' orders.
However, we are inside and will still be available by phone to assist our customers with their storage needs during normal business hours.
New rentals may be arranged by appointment(Call for instructions) and we have procedures in place to ensure a

► You may place a check or money order through the mail slot in our office door.
